A Very Braden Christmas The Bradens Book 11 edition by Melissa Foster Literature Fiction eBooks

This felt very much like a book intended to introduce readers to the MANY family members who reside in the series. Kinda like a movie trailer, it gives new readers an enticing... and uplifting... peek at the family, so they'll want to read more of the books just so they can get better acquainted. On the other hand, for readers who've already read the other books, it must've felt like a glorious Christmas celebration with old friends... friends who easily pull off the family reunion we all long for, yet never quite attain.

There were sooooo many characters, it was a teensy bit overwhelming and difficult to keep them all straight, but maybe that wasn't the point of the book at all. As an overview, it offered a wonderful peek at a very big, very loving family, and even if you don't remember all of their names, their obvious love for each other will touch your heart. That, in itself, makes this a book worth reading.

A Very Braden Christmas The Bradens Book 11 edition by Melissa Foster Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews

Sweet
Tender
Heartfelt Novella just in time for Christmas and a catch up on the Braden's of Weston Colarado.
It was nice to see Hal and his boys and Savannah and catch up with all their families to see how they are all coping and living their lives.

The gift Treat gives his father and also his siblings is something that will touch your heart. It was such a beautiful gesture.

Nice quick read.
Oh my gosh! A Very Braden Christmas has to be the best novella. We are able to catch up with all our beloved Weston Bradens at Christmas time. I laughed a lot while reading this, but I also got teary eyed while they reminisced. So much love and fun times. Of course I would never turn down a full length book, but I have to say that this novella is perfect in its length too. I’m beyond happy that A Very Braden Christmas was written.
A Very Braden Christmas by Melissa Foster was the eleventh Braden book and the twenty fourth in the Love In Bloom series. It was a novella capturing Christmas Eve while catching us up on the original Bradens from Weston Colorado. It was the most delightful Christmas story I’ve read so far this year.

It was told from the perspective of each Braden beginning with the Patriarch Hal. The storyline included every couple (Treat/Max, Rex/Jade, Josh/Riley, Dane/Lacy, Hugh/Briana and Savannah/Jack) and their numerous children, demonstrating the tight bonds between both the adults and all the cousins. It focused around a Braden Christmas tradition while filling us in on the present and future plans for each family.
This is a cute little update on the Weston Bradens. There's no new couple or storyline....just a quick catch up of the Bradens who live in Weston, Colorado. It goes without saying that you need to read the previous Weston Braden books to understand this one, but I also recommend doing a quick scan or re-read right before reading this. It can be a little confusing trying to remember everyone, lol

Still, a nice little holiday story )
This was a wonderful short story about the Weston Co. Braden family. I was so happy to catch up on Hal, his six children and all the grandkids.
Traditions mean a lot to Hal Braden and Christmas is a joyous time for the Braden family. It was great getting a glimpse into their past as they reminisced about when they were children and their mother was still alive.
I love the fact that Melissa Foster keeps these families alive and growing for us in our imagination.
Hal and Adriana have raised six happy children. They have all grown up and are married building their own families. However, Adriana had died of cancer, but all the Bradens join together at Hal's home to enjoy a remarkable Christmas holiday at the ranch in Colorado. This is a special novella to enjoy reading during the holiday season. It captures the fun-filled evenings of love, laughter, and wishes for a happy new year. You'll enjoy the love shared by each and every one of the Bradens. Highly recommend.
I loved being able to catch up with the first Braden family that had me falling in love with Melissa Foster and the Braden series!

I really liked how all of the children who were born in later books are a little older and their personalities are starting to show. I am still a little confused about the age gap between Layla and Adrianna (Layla was having her sixth birthday when Max and Treat announced that Max was pregnant) being only three years but otherwise, I love how close the kids are in age to each other.

I think my favorite part of the book was the ending. It is clear how much Hal loved his wife and how the two of them really taught their children that family knows no boundaries.

Can't wait for more Bradens!
