This is my third Kristal Stittle book and I was not disappointed. The story continued with the characters of book two. There were cruel pirates wanting to steal the cruise ship's supplies and an abandoned cruise ship stolen by the pirates in order to sink the ship 'Diana.'
On the ship Diana, the survivors believe that the old zombies on land should have nearly disappeared and they wish to relocate in Texas to an area not polluted with radiation. Between surviving pirates, their sinking ship, barely limping toward land, a lack of ammo and able bodied men and women to fight, the survivors have a difficult time. Add in quirky characters, disobedient children, some good dogs and you have lots of action and suspense.

I loved the first 2 books but had a really hard time getting through the third book seem to take a different story line.
Wow, action from the start was undeniable. Totally shocked me. I can't say much more but it was a very good read. Now we have to wait to find out what happens next.
Well written sequel.Just as our cast of characters begin to think they are safe and secure disaster strikes.They quickly learn the zombie apocalypse may not be the greatest danger.Ms. Stittle keeps you in suspense the entire book.Just as in the Walking Dead you never know who in the cast might be lost,the good guys don't always win.Can't wait till book 4!
Wow! I binge-read this book, it was so good. Just as good as the first two books in the Instinct series. Gives me the same feelings I get when I watch the Walking Dead on TV - it's all about the characters. In each of the three books, there are fewer characters than the book prior to it. Started out with a huge cast of characters in Survival Instinct, but the apocalypse is dwindling the numbers. New characters are added, but the cast is not big - easy to keep track of. Really hope there's more books to come in this series. Keep writing, Kristal Stittle!!!!! I LOVE your books.
